This year’s theme, “Innovative Financial Model for Sustainable Business Growth in a Changing Global Economy” challenges participants to design forward-thinking financial strategies that enable businesses to grow sustainably amid the complexities of today's dynamic global economy. In an era marked by rapid technological advancements, inflation, shifting consumer behaviors, rising production cost, and increasingly dynamic trade and global taxation policies, businesses must adopt financial models that are not only profitable but also resilient and responsible. Participants are expected to explore creative approaches to resource allocation, revenue generation, risk management, and long-term value creation. The goal is to develop financial frameworks that drive sustainable growth while adapting to evolving market demands and global challenges.

Crack Cases Using Structured Framework”

Our Theme

The DBCC 2024 Coaching Session brings the theme “Expand Your Business Understanding to Crack Cases Using Structured Frameworks.” The goal is to deepen participants' business understanding through improved skills in structured case analysis. Participants will be introduced to various frameworks such as SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, Business Model Canvas, etc as essential tools to help break down problems, formulate strategies, design solutions, and implement relevant actions. Participants are expected to use these frameworks as tools to systematically organize information and ideas, enabling faster and more rational decision-making. In addition, they will be trained to structure presentations in a logical and persuasive manner. Through this session, participants will strengthen their competence in business competition, especially in creating and presenting well-structured business case solutions.
